Reed Education is working closely with a group of warm, welcoming, and well-resourced SEN schools across Hull, and we’re looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team.About the Role:These schools cater for a wide range of needs, including autism (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and complex communication needs. You’ll be working in small, nurturing classes alongside experienced staff who are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting students with their learning on a 1:1 or small group basis
Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies
Assisting with personal care where required
Encouraging emotional regulation, independence, and positive social interaction
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide holistic care
