Roles are available for both general classroom support and 1:1 support with pupils who need more individualised attention.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN and disabilities in their learning and personal development
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
- Building positive relationships with pupils to foster a supportive and safe learning environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider school team, including therapists and support professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN and/or disabilities (in a school, care, or youth work setting)
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
