Class 1 HIAB Driver

Acorn by Synergie is proud to be the preferred supplier for a well-established client based in Newbury, and we are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) HIAB Drivers for ongoing, long-term work.

• Immediate starts available.
• Monday to Friday work - no weekends!

• Competitive pay:

  • £18 per hour PAYE.
  • £21 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

• Start times: 7am daily.

  • Mon-Thu: 7am-5pm.
  • Fri: 7am-3pm.
• Ongoing work with a reputable transport provider.
• Local deliveries only - all drops within a 30-mile radius of the depot.
• 1-3 deliveries per day using lorry-mounted HIAB (Hook).
• Key Requirements:
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) licence.
  • Valid HIAB licence with hook attachment experience.
  • CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Strong understanding of road safety and compliance.
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

• Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per shift.
• Weekly pay with online payslips.
