The Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager/PA to take ownership of the smooth running of our Leeds office while providing occasional PA support to a team of 6 C-suite leaders. This is a varied and hands-on role, combining facilities and operations management with some diary coordination, travel booking and administrative support for the leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment and be happy to turn their hand to any task. You'll enjoy keeping things running efficiently, and be confident building relationships across all levels of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facilities Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Leeds office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient working environment.
  • Manage supplier relationships, building management, and facilities contracts.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspace requirements.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are implemented and compliance standards are met.
  • Act as first point of contact for all office-related queries from staff and external providers.
PA / Executive Support
  • Provide limited diary and meeting management support to senior leaders as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for occasional senior leadership events.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
General Administration & Support
  • Coordinate company events, leadership meetings, and team offsites.
  • Support onboarding of new starters, including desk setup and equipment coordination.
  • Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to wider teams where needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in office management, facilities management, PA or similar operations role.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident working with all levels.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Some experience supporting senior leaders (diary, travel, presentations) is desirable but not essential.
Working Pattern
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Leeds office.
  • Flexibility required during busy periods (e.g. leadership events, office projects).
