An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Supervisor to run the Customer Service department working at our Membury Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the role:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations within the team
- Direct workflow to colleagues
- Manage the stock reconciliation process, balancing receipts with sales
- Accounting for the movement of fuel
- Offer training, development and support
- Regular 1-2-1's with the team
- Find solutions to reoccurring problems
- Take accountability for any escalated customer queries
- Provide telephone / administrative support during busy times and to cover holiday and other absence
- Act as main liaison with other departments / depots
About you:
- Experience as a supervisor (essential)
- Experience in the fuel industry (desirable)
- Able to influence
