An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Supervisor to run the Customer Service department working at our Membury Depot.

You will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.


About the role:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations within the team
  • Direct workflow to colleagues
  • Manage the stock reconciliation process, balancing receipts with sales
  • Accounting for the movement of fuel
  • Offer training, development and support
  • Regular 1-2-1's with the team
  • Find solutions to reoccurring problems
  • Take accountability for any escalated customer queries
  • Provide telephone / administrative support during busy times and to cover holiday and other absence
  • Act as main liaison with other departments / depots

About you:
  • Experience as a supervisor (essential)
  • Experience in the fuel industry (desirable)
