We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a career in warehousing and logistics. No prior experience is necessary as all training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Day-to-day of the role:- Picking and packing various items in accordance with company standards.
- Conducting regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Performing quality control checks to maintain high standards of products.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- No previous warehouse experience required; all training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of following instructions and adhering to company policies.
