Accounts TechnicianSt Ives£30,000 - £40,000

A well-established accountancy practice is recruiting an Accounts Technician to join it's St Ives office. This role is ideal for someone part or fully qualified in AAT (or qualified by experience), looking to work across a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns for a variety of clients.
  • Assist with VAT returns, management accounts, and bookkeeping using software like Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Provide projections, forecasts, and tailored management information.
  • Support audit processes, attend client premises when required, and manage client records.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
