Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30

Full-time and permanent (37 hour week)

St Ives, Huntingdon 

Our client, a manufacturer in St Ives, is looking for an experienced Order Administrator.  In this role, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support through the processing of orders from receipt to delivery, in accordance with country-specific regulations.  You will also deal with freight forwarders and any issues, should they arise.

The role will require you to be involved in the improvement of admin procedures by active participation and ability to streamline processes.  Joining a very busy and integral team, you will really be at the exciting beating heart of what this business delivers for its customers.  

As the Order Administrator, you will have the following skills: 

  • A strong administrative background, able to work at pace
  • Fulfilment and Exporting knowledge
  • Great computer skills
  • Excel skills to intermediate level
  • Attention to detail with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and being able to build relationships with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive process
