Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Sales & Administrator Assistant to join our client’s friendly and vibrant team based in Huntingdon. An exciting opportunity to work full-time, Monday- Friday with the hours of 08:30 – 16:30 on a permanent basis.

Overview:

The candidate will have a variety of roles providing an interesting and dynamic work environment. You will be involved in all aspects including social media posts, underwriting assessment, new finance enquiries, chasing arrears, organising repossessions and litigation.

The position is office based. Preferably the candidate should have office experience they should be bright, energetic and be able to follow instructions clearly while also being able to apply initiative and work unsupervised whenever required.

It is essential that the candidate must be numerate, computer literate and have excellent communication skills.

  • Speaking with customers & asking questions about their business
  • Underwriting
  • Sending out offers of finance
  • Credit Control
  • Carrying out HPI checks/registrations
  • Carrying out credit checks
  • Assisting with email queries
  • General maintenance of database
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Answering telephones
  • Assisting the directors in all business activities
