- Analyse and document business processes and requirements to support the ERP implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define detailed system requirements.
- Work with the ERP vendor and internal teams to ensure the system configuration aligns with business needs.
- Assist in the testing of the ERP system, ensuring it meets both functional and business requirements.
- Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Drive process improvements through the effective use of the ERP system.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptable to evolving business requirements.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
