My client based in Huntingdon is currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based on the outskirts of Huntingdon.
路 Own transport desirable due to the location!
路 Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
路 Salary 拢25-30,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
路 First point of contact for customers
路 Providing excellent Customer Service
路 Helping with queries
路 Processing orders
路 Administration
Experience required:
路 Previous customer service experience (Office Based).
路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
路 Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
路 Computer literate and proficient in using customer service/product ordering software plus Microsoft Office Suite.
路 Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
路 A team player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude who is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
