A leading independent Print and Marketing Services business that provides sophisticated marketing collateral and print fulfilment services to organisations and leading brands across the UK is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join their team in Huntingdon on a full-time, 12-month contract basis.

Role Summary:
They are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help look after existing clients across various disciplines in their Marketing Services department.
Your key responsibilities will be to support, advise, and develop their clients and liaise with internal departments and suppliers daily. You will also take and brief projects, monitor stock levels, arrange quotations, process orders, maintain SLAs, and support their Display Services Manager and Account Managers.
You will also create invoices and perform administration tasks related to your role. Experience in the large format, displays, or print industry is an advantage, but training will be available for the right candidate.
As a Client Relationship Executive, your success will be measured by ensuring high client satisfaction, completing projects on time, managing the smooth execution of new projects, retaining clients, and driving sales retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quoting and booking in orders
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Answering the phone and responding to customer queries
- Taking project briefs and liaising with internal departments, taking projects to completion on time, on brief and on budget
- Dealing with client queries and problem-solving any issues that may arise
- Reporting and invoicing
- Attend client meetings - in person and via video call as required
- Ensure maintenance of SLAs
- Assisting with controlling and re-ordering of stock
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Courier tracking
- General office administration
- Liaising with the production department on lead times and materials
- Assisting in maintaining the Displays showroom
Required Skills:
- Be able to work to strict deadlines whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Be a confident communicator both internally and externally
- Be able to manage your own time effectively
- Be forward thinking and proactive approach
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have good commercial awareness and experience in a client-facing role
- Have experience of Excel, Word, Outlook
