Our client is a leading brand, with very exciting products, and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. If you're passionate, proactive, and pride yourself on your attention to detail, this role might just be your perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice on the other end of the helpline, responding to customer queries and providing solutions that impress
- Handle warranty claims, process orders, and keep things running smoothly with the Sage system
- Update stock levels and manage product websites to ensure everything’s on point
- Roll up your sleeves in the off-season and help pick orders in the warehouse
- Keep our social media buzzing by running an Instagram account or two!
- Occasionally test products and coordinate returns—yes, you’ll get hands-on
 What We’re Looking For:
- A natural communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- A multitasker who thrives under pressure
- Strong admin skills and a confident IT user
- Someone who’s not afraid to take initiative and roll with the punches
