**About the Role**

A large Primary school in Soham, Cambridgeshire are on the lookout for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team after the May Half Term at first until the end of the school year. There is opportunity to continue on in September 2025, with prospects of becoming a permanent member of staff. You will be providing one to one support for multiple students across the school, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to develop in their studies. You will provide creative solutions to ensure students stay on task and work closely with the SEN team and Senior Leadership.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
  • Passion for Education
  • Fantastic Behaviour Management & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, but also take initiative as an individual
  • Be able to provide alternative learning approaches and methods
