Job title: Field Service Engineer (Cambridgeshire Area)
Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with a strong background in electrical and electronic engineering? Do you thrive in a hands-on role, providing top-quality technical expertise and customer support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our National Service Team!
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
- Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.
Requirements:
- Based close to the M11 towards Cambridge
- Strong technical commercial electrical/electronic skills.
- Minimum BTEC level of NNC Electrical Engineering Qualification
- Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
- Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
- Full UK driving licence.
