A global organisation is seeking an experienced Interim AR Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable team during a key transformation project. This role will play a central part in the implementation of automated cash allocation systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the AR team to ensure smooth daily operations

Drive the implementation of an automatic cash allocation solution (ESKA, BlackLine)

Collaborate with global finance teams to align processes and systems

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies

Provide insights and reports to senior stakeholders on AR performance and project progress
Requirements:

Proven experience managing AR teams within global organisations

Hands-on experience with automation systems (BlackLine preferred)

Strong understanding of cash application and AR best practices

Ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
