Interim Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager | 6 months | Hybrid working with 1-2x a week in Cambridgeshire | June Start!

A global organisation is seeking an experienced Interim AR Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable team during a key transformation project. This role will play a central part in the implementation of automated cash allocation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the AR team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Drive the implementation of an automatic cash allocation solution (ESKA, BlackLine)

  • Collaborate with global finance teams to align processes and systems

  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies

  • Provide insights and reports to senior stakeholders on AR performance and project progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing AR teams within global organisations

  • Hands-on experience with automation systems (BlackLine preferred)

  • Strong understanding of cash application and AR best practices
