I'm working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adviser who has knowledge of Employee Benefits to join a respectable Wealth Management Company.

They are looking to hire for the long-term, so have an excellent benefits package, treat their staff well and are able to offer professional development and career progression opportunities.

They are actively seeking a Paraplanner who wants to move into Financial Advising or an Adviser to join their team.

The successful applicant will be required to provide Financial Planning support, working within agreed business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Have knowledge on Employee Benefits
  • To assist the support team and compliance department when required
  • Prepare suitability reports and summary of recommendations for processing team
  • If a paraplanner then question the planner’s recommendations if applicable
  • Learn and maintain an understanding of firms centralised investment proposition
  • Ensure client records are maintained correctly on IO

Skills and experience required: Paraplanner

  • Financial Advice or Paraplanning experience
  • Level 4 Diploma
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits is ideal
