Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

- Lead investment planning, compliance strategy, and tech transformation
Operational & Technical Excellence
- Set gold-standard technical policies and practices
- Drive quality, consistency, and compliance across all sites and processes
- Cultivate a proactive approach to food safety, sustainability, and innovation
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a best-in-class technical team
- Oversee Factory & Customer Technical Managers
- Foster a high-performance, high-collaboration culture
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Represent the business in high-level technical discussions
- Build trusted relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Ensure smooth communication across internal functions and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (Food/FMCG/Fresh Produce)
- Expertise in food safety, quality, compliance, and retailer standards
