We are currently seeking three experienced HR Delivery Managers to support a critical business transformation project. These temporary roles are not aligned with the standard HR Delivery Manager job description but are focused on supporting structural changes across the organisation and offer a great opportunity to support a business-critical project.
Your new role
As part of a dedicated project team, you will play a key role in supporting line managers through individual consultation meetings related to role changes and potential redundancies. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting and supporting individual consultation meetings
- Managing FAQs and signposting employees to support services
- Guiding staff through internal processes
- Taking detailed notes and updating spreadsheets
- Scheduling follow-up meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Providing sensitive and adaptable support tailored to each situation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in redundancy processes and individual consultation meetings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work remotely and attend on-site meetings as required (Huntingdon area)
- Ability to adapt your style to suit different stakeholders and scenarios
