We’re partnering with a well-regarded law firm in Huntingdon to find an ambitious LLB graduate looking to launch their legal career in litigation.

This is a fantastic opening to work directly alongside a highly experienced Partner in a busy and varied Litigation Department.

The Role

As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be working closely with the Partner on a variety of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, civil claims, property disputes, and debt recovery cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing case files.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
  • Conducting legal research and producing summaries for review.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings, hearings, and mediations where required.
  • Ensuring deadlines and court timetables are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: LLB (Hons) Law degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Mindset: Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and any prior paralegal/legal experience (including internships or placements).
