What will I be doing?

We're looking for a Technical Lead, focusing on the Controls portfolio across Plant Protection Products and Biocides. This includes everything from weed control and plant health to household pest solutions.

Your role will be varied.

You'll be leading and managing new product development through trials, research, and innovation.

You'll be working on a 5-year innovation plan with the wider business, setting the foundations for a successful career.

Throughout this plan, you'll oversee regulatory stewardship, managing compliance and working with teams across the Europe to ensure they remain the market leaders.

This is an autonomous role; you'll be the go-to person internally for the control's portfolio. So, if you want independence, this could be the role for you.

What do I need?

You'll have a background in trials - agricultural or horticultural. You'll understand the consumer market and be able to look at these trials from a commercial perspective.

You'll be a confident communicator, being able to work alone and collaborate with teams across the globe.

Ideally, you'll have knowledge in regulatory frameworks within the chemical and bio controls category.
