- Salary Range: £25,932 – £27,297 (based on experience & qualifications)
- Start Date:ASAP
- Expenses: Mileage and travel costs reimbursed per policy
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility essential – for onsite, travel, and outreach work.
- Manage a caseload typically around 35–40 service users
- Achieve (varies):
- 10 new service-user starts/month
- 3 caseload engagements/day
- Provide 1-to-1 employment support to people with mental health support needs
- Work across community venues, NHS sites, and remotely
- Promote the service via networking, leaflet drops, and public engagement
- Develop multi-agency partnerships and collaborate with local stakeholders
- Background in employability, recruitment, or skills/training
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Able to work independently and meet performance targets
- Confident using tools like Excel, Outlook, and general admin systems
