About the Role:Reed are currently working alongside a fantastic primary school in Arbury - Cambridge. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team on a full-time basis from September. This full-time position involves working closely with a Year 3 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a 1:1 basis. Your role will include:

Supporting the pupil throughout the school day with tasks set by the class teacher.
Monitoring and managing the pupil's behaviour both inside and outside the classroom.
Supervising the pupil during break and lunch times.
Creating reports on the pupils daily progress and reporting this back to the class teacher.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
UK address and right to work.
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
Experience working with SEN (Experience with ASD would be hugely beneficial).
Excellent behavioural and classroom management skills.
