We are currently seeking to recruit an Account Manager to manage one of our on-site accounts, where GI Group offers bespoke recruitment, staffing and workforce management, provided on a client's own premises in Hyde.

This role will require you to become an integral part of the client's team, you will be working on site and will need to fully embed yourself by learning about the environment, culture, and of course, the requirements and skills of the roles you would be recruiting to fulfil.

Day to day activities:
* Recruitment and attraction of agency labour
* Vetting and Audit compliance to meet client and external audit requirements
* Pre-screening and conducting interviews and inductions
* Payroll administration
* Financial reporting and acumen
* General welfare and performance management of these individuals while they are engaged to work at our client's site
* Client communication
* KPI reporting
* Review meetings
* Generally providing an excellent service


The PERSON: You would have experience within the recruitment industry. You would be resourceful and driven to succeed, who always goes the extra mile to do a great job. We call it 'adding value to our clients and customers' you would probably call it 'all in a day's work'. High-level account administration will be very important to you and you would be totally focused on getting it right for your clients. You must be PC literate with a high level of experience in all Microsoft packages. Ideally, the role will suit somebody who is highly motivated, reliable and dedicated to fulfilling the client's requirement.

Benefits: In return, you will receive a basic hourly rate starting at �14/ hour plus an attractive monthly bonus, which will be based on the sites performance.
