I’m partnering with a long-standing architectural practice in East Manchester with a strong track record of delivering practical, technically sound projects across the residential, commercial, and care sectors. With a full pipeline of live work, they’re now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Architectural Technologist.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading or supporting the technical delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Producing detailed drawing packages, specifications, and technical information
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Working predominantly in Revit and AutoCAD, depending on the project

What they’re looking for:

- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a UK-based architecture or design practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit experience highly desirable
- A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines
