Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? My client has a well-established and highly regarded care home, located near Hythe in Kent, is seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to join their leadership team.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care, strong team performance, and excellent outcomes for our residents. You will act as a role model for best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the home.

Key Requirements:

Proven deputy management experience within a care home setting

Strong background working in a residential or nursing care home

NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (preferred)

Solid understanding of dementia care and person-centred approaches

Good working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong people management abilities, with a supportive and motivational approach

A genuine passion for care and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for residents
