Traffic Marshal / Welfare Labourer – Hythe, Kent

We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal in Hythe who’s happy to get stuck in with a bit of welfare and general labouring when needed.

Role details:

• Managing site traffic and deliveries safely

• Keeping welfare areas clean and tidy (canteen, toilets, drying room, etc.)

• Assisting with general site labouring tasks when required

• Supporting site management with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Marshal (Banksman) ticket

• CSCS card

• Previous site experience

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help out with various tasks

Location: Hythe, Kent
Start: 27/10/2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Pay: £17 per hour CIS
