As an NEC Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within an integrated delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of highway infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will involve undertaking the duties outlined in the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). You will engage with the schemes design, identify constructability issues related to safety and quality, and review Inspection and Test Plans to determine witnessing requirements. Maintaining high standards of safety and quality control, you will witness on-site testing and commissioning, document results, identify defects, and verify that work standards and materials meet contractual specifications. You will monitor work progress, advise the Client Project Manager on risks and issues, and submit regular reports detailing construction safety, quality, and completion status. Additionally, you will attend meetings, perform inspections, and contribute to resolving technical problems on site, while representing the company professionally and collaborating with the delivery team to build strong working relationships.
Skills:

Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related field
