Originally born as a residency at Shoreditch House (Soho House Group), Delamina EAST became our first permanent home and remains at the heart of the brand. Our food is rooted in our Eastern Mediterranean heritage. We cook the way we grew up eating grilling and roasting fresh, seasonal ingredients, full of goodness, layered with fragrant herbs and spices. The menu is naturally healthy, with outstanding vegan and vegetarian dishes, alongside ethically sourced produce from land and sea. We also run a strong cocktail program and a busy weekend brunch.

We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads from the floor. This is not an office-based role. If you prefer managing from the sidelines, this wont be the right fit.
As General Manager, youll be fully accountable for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, while being visible, present, and service-focused.
You will:
- Lead and develop a FoH team of 1012
- Own service standards and guest experience
- Run the floor during busy services and thrive under pressure
- Manage rotas, stock control, and labour
- Understand and control P&L
- Train, coach, and develop your team
- Work closely with the kitchen to maintain a strong, respectful relationship
- Uphold the culture, values, and reputation of the brand
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, rotas, and stock
- Service-first mindset present, visible, and calm
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Pride in standards, team culture, and guest experience
