Our client, a global digital advertising agency, is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a high profile team. The successful candidate will be in the latter stages of studying, a confident communicator and able to support on the strategic decisions and analysis of the business.
Description
The responsibilities of the Management Accountant role include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting/analysis.
- Manage bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, working closely with accounts payable and receivable.
- Support audit preparation and documentation as well as liaising with auditors.
- Assist with capex reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Improve systems and processes via optimisation.
Skills
The skills of the Management Accountant role include, but are not limited to:
- Studying towards accounting qualification Finalist level (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Xero desired.
- Previous experience of working as a Management Accountant.
- Hardworking and communicative professional.
- Analytically minded and able to solve problems.
