As aTax Technology Assistant Manager, youll play a vital role in enabling large, multinational organisations to manage tax and accounting compliance across global operations. Using cutting-edge technology, this role combines delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the design and delivery of tax technology solutions across global compliance and transformation programmes.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Coordinating with engineering and delivery teams to implement both in-house and third-party solutions.
Managing timelines, risks, and reporting for ongoing technology initiatives.
Supporting agile ways of working and driving continuous improvement across implementations.
Were looking for someone with:
A solid understanding of tax, accounting, or finance technology.
Hands-on experience supporting or delivering digital transformation or implementation projects.
The ability to work across functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile project environments.
A collaborative mindset, and an eye for identifying efficiencies.
Nice to have:
Experience with tax or finance compliance processes.
Awareness of market tools in the tax technology space.
