Pay Rate:£15-£24 per hour PAYE RATE / UMBRELLA RATE

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the venue's standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adapt to different kitchen environments and menus as required.
- Assist in menu planning and development where necessary.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a chef in various hospitality settings.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in different locations and adapt to varying kitchen dynamics.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are advantageous.
