Location: THE CUBE,Canary Wharf

Role Description:Working in the Kitchen team you are responsible for the delivery of a high class food service. You will work as part of our double kitchen, supporting TONI LOCO, to serve fresh pizzas to customers throughout their CUBE journey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing top quality food service to compliment the customer experience
  • Prepare and cook burgers for THE BUTCHER, and pizzas for Toni Loco
  • Ensure food is always delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage
  • Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times
  • Assist in setting up; stocking sauces and prepping ingredients
  • Helping to close the kitchen, deep cleaning the area

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner
  • Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving
  • Assisting in the onboarding and upskilling of newer members of the team.

The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role

Skills

Technical

  • 2 years of Kitchen / Cooking experience
  • 2 years making and cooking pizzas
  • High volume kitchen operation experience
  • Experience working in large teams as well as independently

Personal

  • Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends
  • Positive, Can do attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt
  • Proactively making suggestions for improving
  • Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role
