As Chef de Partie, youll be a key part of our tight-knit team, supporting a busy service and delivering consistently delicious plates. From prep to pass, youll bring energy, quality and organisation every step of the way.
What youll do
- Cook seasonal, exciting dishes with great presentation and consistency
- Support daily service alongside a kitchen team of 58
- Follow food safety, allergen, HACCP and cleanliness standards
- Communicate closely with FOH to keep things running smoothly
What were looking for
- At least 12 months experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
- Level 2 Food Safety
- A team player with a love for good food and great service
- Calm under pressure, organised, and passionate
