Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Design and create innovative menus tailored to diverse events, ensuring high culinary standards and seasonal ingredient use
Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of food production for events, including planning, preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Quality Control: Support the head chef maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, conducting regular quality checks on all food offerings.
Event Execution: Support the head chef execute events, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy periods.
Experience required:
Proven experience as a Sous chef or in a similar role within events catering or hotel & restaurant.
Exceptional culinary skills, with a strong emphasis on high-quality production.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle multiple events simultaneously.
A passion for food and creativity, with a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.
