You love working in kitchens and thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment.
You have solid kitchen experience and a passion for Mexican cuisine (or a hunger to learn fast!).
Youre organised, clean, and committed to consistent quality.
Youre happy to take direction, but also confident enough to step up and run a section when needed.
You want to grow your skills and be part of a team thats building something special.
What youll do:
Support the Kitchen Manager and owners with daily prep and service.
Keep a clean, organised kitchen at all times.
Help develop new dishes and seasonal specials.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Take ownership of sections (grill, prep, etc.) during service.
