A leading contract caterer in London is looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef to lead a brigade of 7 Chefs and 5 KPs to create stunning food for the employee dining restaurant.
The site is located very close to Waterloo Bridge. This Senior Sous Chef position is paying £46,427 per annum, plus Overtime is paid at time and a half. It is a 40-hour contract working predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work needed.
Two years experience working as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in corporate catering is essential.
