Large Format Printer

We’re working with a long-established and growing signage and design business based in South East London, known for producing high-quality large format graphics and display solutions. Due to continued success and increasing demand, they’re now looking to bring an experienced Large Format Printer & Finisher into their production team.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of the print and finishing process, working with industry-leading machines and materials. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality output, managing equipment, and supporting smooth day-to-day production operations.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining production schedules and supporting a culture of excellence, innovation, and team collaboration.

• Running and maintaining large format digital printers, laminators, and cutters

• Setting up and managing production jobs from print through to finish

• Monitoring quality control across all product lines

• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

• Troubleshooting print and finishing issues

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised production area

• Supporting production planning and daily workflow

• Contributing to continuous improvement and increased efficiency

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in large format print production, who’s confident managing the full print/finish process and has a real eye for detail.

You should have:

• Proven experience in a similar large format print environment

• Strong working knowledge of large format digital printers, laminators & cutting equipment

• Experience operating machines such as HP Latex, Canon Arizona, and Zund (or similar)

• Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx preferred)

• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good understanding of health & safety practices in a production environment

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial, but not essential.

• Up to £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
