I'm currently working with a key a client of mine, a leading UK residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their large residential scheme based in East London.
As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for managing around 40 units, taking them from white box stage through to handover. You will be responsible for driving the units through to completion, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have extensive residential experience and able to work to tight deadlines and handover units to an excellent standard. You must have also worked for a residential main contractor/developer here.
You must hold a vaid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate and payments are made via CIS.
