Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to work across nurseries and EYFS classes in primary schools throughout Waltham Forest, including Leyton, Walthamstow, and Chingford. Starting in September 2025, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 2-5 in achieving their developmental milestones, delivering the EYFS framework, and creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
Early Years Practitioner - Role Overview:
Full-time, term-time only role starting September 2025
Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 depending on experience
Opportunities to work in both nurseries and primary EYFS settings
Support play-based learning and personal, social, and emotional development
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3 in Childcare essential)
Experience in nursery or EYFS school settings
Patient, proactive, and nurturing personality
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
