We are working with a welcoming primary school in Hackney to recruit a passionate KS2 Phase Leader for September. As KS2 Phase Leader, you will lead the KS2 team, ensuring high standards of teaching and developing a nurturing environment for every student.
The ideal KS2 Phase Leader will bring leadership experience, a commitment to driving school improvement, and the ability to inspire both staff and students.
As KS2 Phase Leader, you will oversee the delivery of engaging lessons, track student progress, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and senior leadership to support student success. You will provide strategic leadership to the KS2 team, developing a motivating and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities of the KS2 Phase Leader:
- Lead and support the KS2 teaching team
