Role Overview:

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operational management of the nursery, including supervising staff, planning and delivering engaging activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursery operations and staff supervision
Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities and curriculum
Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment
Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed
Half in & out of the classroom, with no key child allocation

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
At least 2 year's experience in nursery management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Ilford
Willingness to be office-based and take on daily responsibilities

Induction:

Induction will be conducted over two days per week to support a smooth transition into the role.
