The Role
As Assistant General Manager, youll work alongside a respected and passionate leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a setting that blends casual warmth with energetic precision. Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations across FOH and service
Drive a positive and empowering culture among the team, leading by example
Deliver seamless guest experiences that reflect the vibrant identity of the restaurant
Uphold the highest standards of service, consistency, and team training
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to execute busy services with rhythm and flow
Contribute to financial performance including stock, rotas, and labour targets
Represent the brands ethos with pride and professionalism at all times

About You

You bring energy, confidence, and warmth to every shift
You have previous experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven London restaurant at supervisor or management level
Youre excited by fire-led cooking, South Asian cuisine, or hospitality with a story
You care about culture and people both guests and your team
Youre ready to take ownership and grow into a senior leadership role
You're calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and know how to lead service like a conductor
