The RoleAs General Manager, youll take full responsibility for the performance and culture of this flagship Canary Wharf venue. Youll lead a large, talented team, drive commercial success, and ensure every guest enjoys a world-class social experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of venue operations, ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding guest experience.
Inspire, coach, and develop your management team and wider workforce to achieve excellence.
Drive profitability through commercial awareness, financial insight, and operational efficiency.
Set and maintain high standards of service, safety, and brand presentation.
Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, events, and business development.
Champion the companys people-first culture empowering teams to grow and succeed.
Contribute to the ongoing success of a brand outperforming the market and expanding globally.
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a high-volume hospitality, leisure, or social entertainment venue.
Strong leadership and people development skills able to inspire and build high-performing teams.
Excellent financial understanding, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and KPI delivery.
Commercially sharp, operationally strong, and strategically minded.
