What You'll Get Up To
- Own the financial engine room: full P&L accountability, hands-on with revenue, costs, and budgets?
- Champion standards, lead by example, and keep raising the bar for guest experience and team culture?
- Partner with chefs and FOH, contribute creative ideas, and flex your operational expertise across service and kitchen?
