Economics Teacher – Ilford

A secondary school in Ilford is seeking a dedicated Economics Teacher for a permanent role starting ASAP or after notice. We are looking for a confident and motivated Economics Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons and support students up to KS5. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Economics Teacher looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-resourced department.

Role Details:

• Start date: ASAP (or negotiable)

• Contract: Permanent

• Salary: £30,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)

• Full-time position

• Teaching Economics up to KS5

What the role involves:

• Delivering engaging and structured Economics lessons

• Supporting students across KS4–KS5

• Contributing to curriculum development

• Working collaboratively with the Humanities/Social Science team

Requirements:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification

• Experience teaching Economics at KS4–KS5

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
