We are currently recruiting English Graduate Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and high-achieving primary and secondary schools across East London. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals aspiring to become teachers, educational psychologists, or professionals in child development.


About the Role:
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students in developing their literacy, reading comprehension, and written communication. Youll work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide focused support to pupils who need extra help.


Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of English Language and Literature lessons
Support pupils in small groups or one-on-one with reading, writing, and speaking
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work with pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN and EAL
Provide support in preparing resources and managing classroom activities


Ideal Candidate:
A recent English or Humanities graduate (2:2 or above)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for education and working with young people
Patient, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom
Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential
