Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate with ambitions to teach?

Would you love the opportunity to share your subject knowledge with GCSE and A-Level students in a high-performing school environment?

If so, we are working with an outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets, London who are looking for an exceptional Maths Graduate to join their team as an Academic Mentor starting September 2025.


Maths Graduate Academic Mentor:
  • Join Ofsted-rated Outstanding school
  • Provide subject-specific support to GCSE and A-Level students as a Maths Graduate
  • Secure a year-long placement with potential progression into salaried teacher training
  • Support students aiming for Oxbridge, Russell Group, and Ivy League universities

As a Maths Graduate Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students to:
  • Address gaps in understanding
  • Prepare for exams
  • Develop revision strategies
  • Support with university applications and personal statements

As a Maths Graduate you will become an integral part of the school community, gaining valuable hands-on experience that can support your progression into teaching. Following a successful year in this Maths Graduate Academic Mentor post you may be offered the opportunity to progress onto salaried Teacher Training with the school.
