The HR Manager will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within this multi academy. This 12 month FTC position is based in South East London and requires a hands-on approach to managing HR processes.

Description

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
• Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Maintain and update HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Handle payroll-related queries and liaise with the finance team as needed.

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

• Proven experience in human resources within the education sector.
• A solid understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• A professional qualification or equivalent experience in human resources.

Job Offer

• Salary of 38,000-42,000, dependent on experience.
