The Sales and Performance Manager role:

As the Sales and Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing space bookings and ensure seamless execution of events across the UK and Ireland. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence, you will lead by example, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Securing space bookings for various events and high footfall locations in the UK & Ireland
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met
Working with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from start to finish
Applying for events and managing bookings for upcoming activities
Efficiently managing email correspondence, forwarding important details to Logistics and Sales teams
Responding to event organisers and venue management companies inquiries
Maintaining regular communication with event stakeholders, providing updates and reminders
Gathering valuable feedback from previous events to improve future executions
Working within budget parameters to calculate costs and negotiate better event pricing
Ensuring events meet sales targets and process all necessary contracts and documentation
